Hello, I just bought Aztaka a week ago. I played the game for a while without the patches, and everything worked well with the exception of me not being able to talk to the merchant in the temple.
I eventually installed patch 1.04 and I noticed that when I try to run-jump, I lose 'momentum' and make the jump as if I were standing still. Is this common? It makes it almost impossible to play the game because 90% of the jumps are like this.

Also whenever I mouse over objects in game or options in menus the mouse slows down. It's not smooth throughout like it was before.

Hi Monboisse,

If you bought Aztaka a week ago, then you already had 1.04, no need to install the patch. Just to be sure, where did you buy it from ?

Regarding the merchant, are you talking about the first merchant you encounter in the game, or another one ?

Jumping while running should be really easy to pull off and I'm not aware any recent code changes affecting this. Let me confirm with Jonathan.

I didn't hear about these specific bugs before. And the last one looks like a performance issue on your system, can you run other DirectX full screen games ? (sorry if the question sounds really basic, stabbing in the dark here).

I don't think we changed that much stuff about the jump from 1.0 to 1.04. I would even say we didn't change anything that affect the jump.

Let us know if the full screen option helps (or not).
